In 1986, the Law Society Council issued written professional standards
concerning responsibility for clients' matters, communication and
information on costs.
On May 1st, 1991, Solicitors' Practice Rule 15 was introduced
to deal particularly with client care. Rule 15 puts into practice these
requirements to ensure that clients know the name and status of the person
dealing with their matter on a day-to-day basis and for the overall supervision
of the matter in hand. It also makes certain that clients are, at all
relevant times, given the appropriate information on the issues raised
and progress of the matters being dealt with on their behalf, as well
as details of a complaints' handling procedure in place at all firms.
Our philosophy is to deliver a friendly and efficient service at all
times, thereby, providing you with the level of confidence and satisfaction
you expect. We pride ourselves on the standard of service and legal advice
we are able to offer.
